Composite Cap

Hon Chuan produces 37 MM Composite Vacuum Cap which combines the pros of both metal caps and plastic caps. This product is mainly used for essences and extracts such as chicken essence, bird’s nest soup, and dietary supplement products. The metal part provides a safety button while the plastic part includes tamper-evident band to support the anti-temper feature. The composite cap is best suitable for glass bottles supplied by TAIWANGLASS. The most common used glass bottle is 62ML. Customized bottles are also available.

2. Safety button insures the bottles are sealed and the contents are not decayed.

3. The liner we use on the products is BPA-free and resists up to 121°C(249°F).
